Property managers gathered for July’s INLIVIAN monthly roundtable, hosted by the Weatherspoon Security team. The session opened with an icebreaker asking attendees to share the number one issue currently affecting their communities. Responses ranged from safety concerns like drugs, theft, and unauthorized entry to property upkeep issues such as poor housekeeping and elevator or HVAC problems, alongside community conduct challenges including unsupervised teens and unauthorized guests. The exercise set a candid, engaging tone for the meeting, sparking laughter and open conversation among the group.

From there, the Weatherspoon Security team walked attendees through updates on the Rapid Response Team, covering mobile patrols, foot patrols, knock-and-talks, and de-escalation efforts underway across INLIVIAN properties. Investigator Dixon also presented his top nine locations of focus, giving property managers a clearer picture of where security resources are being concentrated.
