Employee of the Month: Javonte Woods
This month, Weatherspoon Security is proud to recognize Javonte Woods, Armed Security Officer, as our Employee of the Month.
Javonte has been part of the Weatherspoon Security team for nine months, and in that time he has built a reputation for professionalism and reliability on every shift. When asked what he likes most about working here, his answer was simple: the company feels like a family.
That mindset shows in how he approaches the job. Javonte’s number one tip for staying vigilant and professional during a long shift is to think outside the box, staying alert and adaptable no matter what the shift brings.
Outside of work, Javonte relaxes with night walks, a quiet way to reset after a demanding day on post. When it’s time to refuel, he’s reaching for a plate of steak and french fries, and when he needs to get his energy up, his go-to pump-up song is T.I.’s “Addresses.”
