Employee of the Month: Estela Grijalva
Congratulations to Estela Grijalva, our Administrative Secretary/Office Manager, on being named Employee of the Month! Estela has been part of the Weatherspoon Security family for 2.5 years, bringing dedication and heart to everything she does.
When asked what she loves most about working here, Estela didn’t hesitate: it’s the people. She says she’s always felt welcomed and treated like family, and that feeling is one she gives right back every day.
Her advice for staying sharp and professional, especially during those long shifts? Experience will mature you, but responsibility is a choice. Estela reminds us that there are consequences to being careless or checked out, and that showing up with accountability always pays off in the end.
Outside the office, Estela is all about travel. Cruises, flights, Vegas trips with family, she’s always ready for the next adventure. When it’s time to unwind at home, nothing beats her chicken mole with rice, beans, and homemade tortillas (birria tacos are a close second). And if you need a pump-up song to get her moving, cue up “24K Magic” by Bruno Mars.
