Charlotte Robot Rumble

The Charlotte Combat Robot Club at UNC Charlotte Presents “Charlotte Robot Rumble.” This will be a Bug event for full combat up to 3 pounds fighting in an 8 x 8 arena. This event is free for spectators!
CERT - Community Emergency Response Team Basic Training

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program educates volunteers about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
De-Escalation & Conflict Management

Location: Virtual Workshop
In this workshop, participants will learn to recognize how stressors impact conversations when offering support and empathetic ways to minimize conflict to establish positive outcomes. De-escalation is a technique that allows us to defuse tense situations and manage conflicts before they spiral out of control.
